You can use Tracker to track TMails and organize these in different folders for your specific requirements. In Navigation | Message Flow, select a Message whose corresponding TMail you want to track. In Navigation, you can also select Recent folder to see the list of all TMail Pins. Select the target TMail Pin whose corresponding TMail you want to track. 

At the bottom of the list, click on the Action down arrow, as below.

Select Add Tracker. The list of four Message Flow folders appears. Select any of these folders where you want to add a Tracker Message. (Please see About Messages for more details on these four folders.)

When you use Add Tracker option, all the other Messages associated with this TMail remain wherever they are. To clear the Mailbox of unwanted Messages and to make better use of Tracker feature, use Archive All and Add Tracker. (Please see Archive All and Add Tracker for more details.)

In Navigation, select the folder where you added the new Tracker Message. You can see the Tracker Message via its TMail reference, and a Tracker icon in the Type column, as below. Note that a Tracker Message does not have an associated User (Who column is empty)

Click on the Tracker Message to see the corresponding TMail in the right side area.

When you get a new Message for the associated TMail, the option to add Tracker is changed to keep Tracker, as below. (Please see Archive All and Keep Tracker for more details.)

Note that in Action menu, the option to add tracker is not available now.
