For any Message or TMail Pin associated with a TMail, you can use Archive All + Add Tracker action. This archives all the Messages of that TMail and adds a Tracker Message.
When you use Archive All + Add Tracker, you have the option of placing the Tracker in any of the following folders: Inbox, Backlog, On Deck or Waiting folders. (Please see About Messages for more details.) By default the Tracker is added to the On Deck folder.
In Navigation | Message Flow, select the target Message. In Navigation | TMail Pins, you can also select Recent folder to see the list of all TMail Pins. Select the TMail Pin that you want to use for Archive All and All Tracker action.
At the bottom of this list, you see an option of Archive All and Add Tracker, below.
Click on the small arrow and you see the four folders where you can add the Tracker Message. Select a target folder from the list. You can see that all the Messages associated with this TMail disappear from the Inbox.
In Navigation, select the folder where you added the new Tracker. For example if it is On Deck, you can see it as below.
You can see the Tracker Message indicated by a Tracker icon in Type column.
All the Messages associated with this Tracker Message are available in the Message Flow | Archive folder, as below.
For TMails that already have a Tracker Message, instead of Archive All and Add Tracker you will see the option Archive All and Keep Tracker.
You can move the Tracker to other folders, if required. (Please see Move Tracker Message to Another Folder for more details.)
