Note: This option is available only if you are logged in as an Organization Administrator or playing an Organization Administrator Role. (Please see The Org Admin Role for more information.)
Every Organization Account has an associated Subscription Plan associated with it. You can see the Current Plan associated with your organization.
Click on the Settings icon available at the top right side in the header. Select Plans and Billing option as below.
The Plans & Billing tab appears, as below.
Note: The names of the Billing Plans and the values that you see in this article are examples. These can change anytime, without prior notice.
You can see the name of your Current Plan, and the associated details including:
- Number of Users available in this account
- Number of Users currently enabled in this account
Plan Specific Details
Depending on your plan you may see some other options such as
- Change your plan (Please see Change The Plan for detailed instructions.)
- Downgrade to a free tier
- Contact the Support team to change your plan
