Administrator Role

All Organization Accounts have a special Administrator Role with address admin$<org-name>.tmail21.com. One or more Persons can play this Role. When logged in as an administrator you will have access to additional functions to administer your organization.

To access these functions click on the gear icon as shown below.

You will be able to see the following options.

There are two major ways to access the administrator role.

  1. If you are a Person that can play the Administrator Role
    1. Click on any of the first four options in the Settings down arrow. Since these are exclusively available only for the Administrator Role, you are automatically switched to the admin account.
    2. You can use Switch Roles to switch to the admin account. (Please see Switch Roles for more details.)
  2. If you have the admin role credentials (user name and password) you can log in directly as an Administrator Role.

In 1.1 and 1.2 above, The admin account opens in a new browser tab, as shown below.
