Note: This option is available only if you are logged in as an Organization Administrator or playing an Organization Administrator Role.  (Please see The Org Admin Role for more information.)

TMail21 allows you to associate your own personalized Domain with your Organization account. You can:

• Add and Verify New Domain
• Request New Domain
• Relinquish an Activated Domain

If an organization name is acme, and if there is not a custom domain name associated with the Organization, then

• The domain name of the organization is acme.tmail21.com
• User addresses are of the form jsmith$acme.tmail21.com

If there is a custom domain name associated with the Organization (say acme.com), then

• The domain name of the organization is acme.com
• User addresses are of the form jsmith$acme.com
